banjon > Algae? A residue that washed into the marsh ponds (in one area) when the tide was coming in. It stayed on the surface of the water much like an oil slick would, but this wasn't an oily residue. The next day it was gone.

banjon > A rock face that covered a path at Hartlen Point, Nova Scotia. This formation was huge: about 6 ft. wide and 20 ft. long in one area. It continues on down the path although covered completely with grass with only patches exposed intermittently.
